Stay in the game, prevent injuries, overcome barriers to beat your PR! Our goal when working with athletes is to educate, motivate, and return them to sport with added confidence, ability, and a reduced risk of re-injury.

OUR MISSION

Educate, motivate, and return athletes to sport with added confidence, ability, and a reduced risk of re-injury. Our Performance and Injury Prevention program includes a comprehensive evaluation and weekly one-hour training sessions with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. The program is well suited for athletes who need guidance to maximize their physical gains and safety (with or without prior injury).

Our evidence-based screening tools allow us to fully evaluate your athlete from head to toe, analyzing for deficits and potential risks for injury.

WEEKLY TRAINING

A comprehensive training program is developed to correct these identified deficits and return your athlete to their sport at their greatest potential.

SAFE PLAY

By identifying and correcting an athlete’s weaknesses, we are able to improve performance and confidence, and play.
