Dr. Melendez is originally from New York. She relocated to Jacksonville in 2014 to enjoy the Florida sun and complete her education. Dr. Melendez has a strong interest in orthopedics, pelvic health and neurological conditions. She is passionate about incorporating therapy with daily fitness routines. When not at work you can find Alyssa working out or at the pool with her husband, daughter and son.
